Storyline

          Bombay-based Dinesh Prakash (Mithun Chakraborty) and Manisha (Moon Moon Sen) had known and were attracted to each other since their college days, and get subsequently get married. Dinesh is now employed as an Executive Director in B.C. Drugs located in Chembur. On the occasion of celebrating his birthday on December 15th, which also coincides with that of Emperor Nero, she invites several friends, including Advocate Ashok Kumar (Vijayendra). She is shocked beyond her senses when she is informed that her husband has been arrested on a charge of Attempted Rape on Versova-based Poonam (Mallika Sarabhai), the Telephone Operator of her husband's organization.
