Storyline

    A multi-millionaire, Ram Khanna, is advised by a fake astrologer that he will meet and marry a woman whose name will start with "M". Ram does meet Mamta, and they both fall in love. Ram marries her, despite the fact that she is the daughter of a prostitute, Heerabai, and brings her home with her. Mamta gets a chilling welcome from Ram brother's, Murli Manohar, and his wife, Maya. Mamta decides to assert herself and takes over the household matters, forcing Murli and Maya to leave the house. Soon Mamta and Ram give birth to a baby boy. One day Ram asks Mamta to take care of a suitcase full of cash, as he has to go out of town. Mamta is lured out of the house along with the suitcase, and is brutally killed by Gulu Goli, a hired hit-man, who buries her in a secluded spot. Though physically dead and buried, Mamta's spirit is still alive and active, though she cannot be heard, nor seen by anyone. She decides to return home and expose Murli and Maya.

Storyline

Storyline

       Heart Specialist Dr. Shyam Verma is the only child of his widowed father, Shankar. Shyam runs into beautiful Indian Airlines' Air-Hostess, Radha, and falls in love with her, woos her for 12 months (Barah Mahine Line Marhi...), she also falls in love with him, under the inducement of alcohol (Yeh Jo Halka Halka Suroor Hai...) both get intimate, and Radha gets pregnant. Shankar passes away, but before doing so, weds Shyam to his late friend, Jagannath's daughter, Rukmini. A heart-broken Radha quits her job, re-locates to Kashmir where she gives birth to Dipinti. Shyam and Radha meets again several years later, Rukmani finds out, gets them to reconcile and marry, and return to their home-town of Chandigarh. Years later Dipinti is 16 years old, and is in love with Amit Mehra. Amit is introduced to the Vermas and all approve of him.

Years later, Raju is now known as Inspector Rajiv, and Vicky is a notorious gangster called Vikram Pratap Singh, both are on the opposite sides of the law, and both have sworn to kill each other.

Storyline

              Ravi Kapoor lives a wealthy lifestyle with his widowed mother and runs a construction business. His mother would like him to get married to foreign returned Seema, who also comes from a wealthy family, but Ravi is in love with a poor orphan, Sharda, and brings her home to introduce to his mom, who instantly disapproves of her, leaving Ravi no choice but to leave the house and live separately with Sharda. His mom does relent and change her mind when she finds out that Sharda is pregnant and welcomes her home. Things change when Sharda meets with an accident, has a miscarriage, and is told that she will never be able to conceive again. She then disappears from Ravi's life. His mom brow-beats him to marry Seema, which he does, and soon she gives birth to boy named Vijay. Years later, Vijay has grown up and has acquired a number of bad habits, which include alcohol, womanizing, and physical altercations.

Storyline

       Anand and Devki on one hand, and Yashoda and Vicky on the other, have recently married. While Devki has a child, Yashoda is expecting. The two couples meet in a train, which is ill-fated as it meet with an accident. Devki is nowhere to be found, and Anand believes she is dead. Vicky and his child are killed and Yashoda is devastated. Anand feels sorry for Yashoda and has the doctor switch his baby for the dead one. Yashoda returns to her home and her in-laws with Anand's child, while he re-locates abroad. Several years later, Anand returns and is unable to keep away from Yashoda and the child. He repeatedly keeps on visiting them, to the extent that his visits get to be a nuisance, and an embarrassment. Then Anand is overjoyed to know that Devki is still alive. But when Devki asks about their child, he tells her the truth, thus setting off a tussle between the 2 mothers, to such an extent that both are prepared to sue each other publicly in Court.

Storyline

Storyline

      In order to defame the reputation of a school-master Dharam Murti; the landlord Sher Singh Bandookwala and Narayandas Gopaldas accuses him of sexually molesting a woman. The decision gets accepted by the local village Panchayat and Dharam, his wife Savitri, a son Ravi and his daughter Padma gets out-cast from the village for a period of one month. Dharam goes away never to return leaving his wife to bring up their children in a destitute way of living. Savitri slogs hard to send Ravi to the city for education - years later Ravi returns to his village as an engineer - and is all set to clear his father's name at any cost.

Storyline

      Circumstances force an innocent Deepa into the life of a hardened criminal. When a gang of spoiled rich young men Sukhdev cooks up a robbery and Deepa is locked up and sentenced to a remand home for six months. When she is out of the jail she is totally changed person. But then a twist in the story takes place when Justice Sinha, a judge in a juvenile court, comes upon Deepa. He decides to adopt Deepa as his daughter and save her from her criminal life. Deepa has to get rid of her street-smart ways and win over the family. All in Sinha's family starts loving her and even Dr. Vikram the young handsome family physician starts taking a personal interest in her, it looked as if things would turn out well after all. Dr. Vikram and Kishore, Sinha's elder son, help in grooming Deepa. In the process she and Vikram fell in love. But then trouble enters Deepa's life again. Deepa and Kishore remember where they had met each other before.
