Storyline

   Wealthy Bombay-based Ranjit Singh Lobo, who plays chess with live people in a banquet-sized chessboard, recruits Professor Satish Khurana to tutor his collegian/truant son, Manjit. Satish reluctantly accepts this assignment, and brings about a positive change in the former so much so Ranjit's friends, Madan Teja and Babulal Bhakhri, also recruit him to tutor their respective sons, Vikram and Pawan. Satish does not know that soon he will be forced to resign from his college after the Principal accuses him of leaking examination questions for his new-found pupils; and the deadly plan that Ranjit and his associates have for him.

Storyline

       Anoop loves Roopa D'Souza, and will do anything to marry her. But Roopa has some doubts about him. Eventually, he does manage to convince her that he is worthy of her love, and she consents. Shortly after that Roopa's mom, Rosy, passes away; Roopa is involved in an accident, and hospitalized. When Roopa returns home, Anoop comes to visit her, and is shocked to find her in bed with Ravi. Roopa refuses to clarify, and it is up to Anoop to wait for Roopa to change her mind, or to marry someone else.

Storyline

     Widowed Dayashankar is a businessman who lives in Madras with his two school-going sons, Raj and Ashok. One day he catches Raj stealing some money from his vault, he beats him, locks him in a room, and threatens to cut off his fingers. A terrified Raj breaks the window and runs away, never to be heard of again. Ashok goes on to take over his dad's business, Superior Motors, which also has a branch in Bombay; gets married to Laxmi, and soon has son named Munna. One day Ashok must travel to Bombay to meet with Bulbul, the Branch Manager, to discuss business. Laxmi and Munna see him off. Then several days later, Ashok returns home and he is not the same loving husband and father anymore. He decides to sell the business, has nothing to do with Munna and Laxmi, and asks them to take some money, while he returns to Bombay. Laxmi and Munna follow him to Bombay, but are unable to locate him.

Storyline

             Deep Sharma lives a very poor lifestyle with his widowed mom, Radha, and a younger brother, Ashok, who he would like to become a Judge. Unable to fend for themselves in the small town, Deep relocates to Bombay, where he attempts to sell poetry, to no avail. Then he is asked to write stories about an imaginary bandit, Sangram Singh, which he agrees to do so under the pen name of his friend, Jani Babu. Shortly thereafter he gets very popular, so much so that his girlfriend, Lajwanti's dad, the former King Maheshwari Prasad, consents to let him marry his daughter. Then things get complicated when a bandit who calls himself Sangram Singh goes on a crime-spree throughout the region. The Police launch a man-hunt and their investigations take them to Jani Babu, and after questioning him, they find out that the writer is Deep. Before they could arrest Deep, Maheshwari is killed in his home, and the Police are notified that Deep is the killer

Storyline

            Chand lives in a small rural town in India. He is unable to pay the rent, and his landlord evicts him. He re-locates to another town and meets with a young woman named Tara. Both are attracted to each other. Chand is unable to secure employment in this town, and moves elsewhere. Tara waits for several months, but does not hear anything from him. So she decides to go and look for him, hoping to re-kindle her love. She is shocked and surprised to find him with an attractive woman named Rajni, who claims that Chand is her betrothed and both are to get married soon.

Storyline

     Police Inspector Vijay lives a wealthy lifestyle in Bombay, India, along with his Bua, while his widower dad lives in the countryside in a farmhouse. Vijay meets and falls in love with Uma, who subsequently moves in as a tenant in his Bua's house along with her dad, Jagmohan and her mom. When Jagmohan finds out that Uma also loves Vijay he forbids her to see him, but subsequently relents when she poisons herself. Both Vijay and Uma get married and shortly thereafter give birth to a girl and name her Pinky. When bandits stop a wedding party bus on the Bombay-Poona Highway, loot, sexually molest females, and kill several passengers, Vijay is asked to investigate. His eventually arrests a Hotel Manager named Ranga, who colluded with the bandits, but Advocate Ghaswala successfully defends him and gets him acquitted resulting in the killing of the only eye-witness, a 10 year old boy.
