Storyline

      Vijay (Shatrughan Sinha) and Anand (Rajesh Khanna) are two friends who are brought up by their mom (Dina Pathak). Anand is an orphan who was adopted by the family as a child and he has never been given the impression that he was an outsider. Both work for the same organization & love the same woman, Asha (Jaya Pradha). But Asha has already given her heart to Anand. One night while giving his secretary, Sheela (Smita Patil), a widow, ride home, Vijay has sexual intercourse with her, and she gets pregnant, but refrains from telling Vijay. Vijay wants to marry Asha, and when Anand finds this out, quietly leaves their lives, making them believe that he is the father of Sheela's child. But will Asha marry Vijay? Will Sheela accept someone else as her child's father?

Storyline

         Circa 1930 during the British Rule in India, while most Indians were busy agitating against the British to quit India, Thakur Jaswant Singh lives a carefree wealthy lifestyle, surrounded by his friends, who are only there to have a good time drinking alcohol and watching dancing courtesans everyday. Jaswant's day starts when he wakes, and it could be early morning or late evening. Then one day one of his friends, Sansar, introduces a young man named Amal, a photographer by profession, and Jaswant hires him on the spot, with a generous salary and accommodations. Amal accompanies Jaswant everyone, including his frequent trips to assorted courtesans, and takes vivid photographs. Then Jaswant meets with an eligible young girl and marries her. A few years later she gives birth to a son, Naresh. Jaswant finds out that Amal has been taking an unusual interest in Naresh, including scolding him so that he can stop following Jaswant's footsteps.

Storyline

     Orphaned at a very young age, not aware of his religion nor his background, a young man is taken-in by a gangster and trained to accept crime as his career. This young man grows up to be a dreaded gangster himself by the name of Master. He works for another rich and powerful gangster by the name of Paul, who assigns him work for hefty fees. One day Master comes across an abandoned child, and decides to adopt the child. This changes his life, and he decides to go straight and give up on all criminal activities. That's when he finds out that getting honest employment is a lot more difficult that living a life of crime. Just when he is about to give up, he witnesses some men attempting to molest a woman, and he comes to her rescue. This woman is a well-known artiste by the name of Roopadevi, who decides to help Master out, and gives him a loan to open his own garage. When Paul attempts to bring Master back to his criminal world, Master turns him down.

Storyline

       This classic film is based on a classic Urdu short story 'Aanandi' by Pakistani writer Ghulam Abbas. It deals with a brothel at the heart of a city, in an area that some politicians want for its prime locality. They rally up against the brothel and its inhabitants in the name of morality, and soon everyone in the area jumps on the bandwagon. The politicians offer to put up an alternative residence for the prostitutes, only this place is miles away, isolated from the city. The madam of the house has no choice but to comply, but by the end things take a (logical) turn for the better. After all, men will be men.

Ek Jaan Hain Hum 1983

Storyline

             Coming from a decent upper middle-class family, Vikram Saxena meets with gorgeous Seema Singh, and both fall in love. But their respective families have other plans for them. While Vikram is able to convince his advocate dad, Shyam Sunder, to change his mind, Seema is unable to do so, and her marriage is being planned with a U.S. resident. Things take a turn for the worst when the police arrest Vikram with arson, with evidence that he had burned down a property belonging to Seema's dad, Colonel Ram Mohan Singh. Due to this, Vikram's dad comes forward to defend him, and Seema will not have anything to do with him anymore. Shyam Sunder realizes that the only way he can save his son from being imprisoned is to have him certified as insane, but will have to live with the consequences for the rest of his life, as well as the the stigma this will place on his family for years to come.
